Terms of Service - Sweet App PIE

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Sweet App PIE (the "Platform"), operated by Prospera Innovation Enterprise Group ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Sweet App PIE is a digital ecosystem designed to serve Black and Brown communities by providing access to scholarships, grants, job opportunities, community events, a business directory (Modern Black Pages), learning resources, and community networking tools.

3. Membership Tiers & Billing

We offer five membership tiers: Explorer (free), Innovator ($25/month), Architect ($50/month), Vanguard ($100/month), and Conclave ($250+/month, invite-only). Paid tiers (except Conclave) include a 7-day free trial.

Subscriptions automatically renew each billing period unless cancelled.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at support@sweetapppie.app.
We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice.

4. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at support@sweetapppie.app.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Post content that is discriminatory, harassing, abusive, or hateful.
Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
Use the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform.
Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Platform without written consent.
Post spam, unsolicited advertising, or fraudulent content.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post on the Platform. By posting content, you grant Sweet App PIE a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the Platform. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, logos, text, and software, is owned by Prospera Innovation Enterprise Group and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without our written permission.

8. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any funding opportunities, directory listings, or other content on the Platform. Users should independently verify all information before acting on it.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sweet App PIE and Prospera Innovation Enterprise Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@sweetapppie.app.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.
